What Is the Difference Between a Builders Clean and a Sparkle Clean?
A builders clean is the first clean completed once the majority of any building work has been completed. Once all construction deposits and dust has been cleaned, property owners can review their property to see if any additional cleaning is required. A sparkle clean is a second clean and is completed once all building work – and the builders clean – have finished. During the sparkle clean, thin layers of dust will be removed, flooring will be thoroughly cleaned, any fixtures, fittings and equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and polished (if required) amongst other cleaning services.
